Port Jervis: The County is presently working with officials from SUNY Orange and Port Jervis to expand educational opportunities in Port Jervis. Western Orange County residents, and those who have an interest in taking classes in Port Jervis are encourage to complete a survey on what they would like to see offered in Port Jervis by visiting: www.sunyorange.edu/go/portjervis

New Windsor: Resorts World Catskills has opened a casino dealer school and educational center at Stewart International Airport in Newburgh. Resorts World Catskills expects to hire approximately 600 dealers prior to opening its doors to the public in March 2018. Anyone wishing to enroll in the Resorts World Dealer School can do so by sending an email to deal@rwcatskills.com.

Newburgh: The new Orange-Ulster BOCES Adult Education Learning Center in Newburgh offers comprehensive technical and vocational programs with courses designed for those who seek to enter an occupation or desire to upgrade skills in their present occupation. This program accepts adults, recent high school graduates and students that have been out of school for six months or more. For more information, call 845-781-6715.
