OCTC Notices 2017

During the January OCTC Planning Committee meeting a discussion was held regarding local bridge projects and a need for additional funding. The Committee asked that all local bridge projects be evaluated to ensure that funding be allocated to the appropriate projects. Further discussion will take place at the February OCTC Planning Committee meeting.

Local project sponsors with bridge projects are being asked to respond to OCTC staff regarding the status of the bridge project and are encouraged to attend the February Planning Committee meeting. The Committee is requesting project sponsors answer the following questions:

  • In what year was the bridge constructed?
    * What is the bridge’s useful life?
  • Was an OCTC TIP Questionnaire submitted regarding this project? (If no TIP Questionnaire was completed, please fill out one TIP Questionnaire per local project on the TIP and submit to OCTC staff.)

As a reminder, all local projects on the FFY 2017-2021 TIP are required to submit a TIP Questionnaire for each project listed on the OCTC TIP. Please send all completed TIP Questionnaires and related documents to OCTC staff. Both traditional and electronic mail submissions are acceptable.
