What’s expected of those borrowing (time frame to return, etc.): You must pick up and return the book at the Youth Bureau. Sign the sign out book. Please return within 4 weeks. Lost or damaged books must be replaced by the borrower. If any tools are used, you must site the source as outlined by the book.
