LRTP 2045 Update

Welcome!

OCTC is updating its Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) to understand the needs and issues facing the County’s transportation system today and in the future, set goals and performance objectives that best reflect the hopes and needs of Orange County residents and businesses, and identify projects and policies to help us reach those goals. The LRTP serves as the policy foundation for decisions that the County makes about its transportation system over the next 25 years. The 2045 LRTP will comply with the latest federal requirements for Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs), more information available here.

What's new?

The Draft Long Range Transportation Plan 2045 Update is available for review.  The 30-day public comment period is October 18, 2019 - November 16, 2019.  Please visit the Documents and Resources page for more information on submitting public comment.  

OCTC held the third and final Public Workshop on November 6, 2019 at the South Orange Family YMCA in Monroe, NY.  If you were unable to attend but would still like to participate - our virtual public meeting survey will be available until Friday, November 15, 2019.
