Driving Permit Tests

Written Permit tests (for cars and motorcycles) are given at all Orange County Motor Vehicle locations from 9 to 11 a.m. and 2 to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Commercial Drivers License

CDL (Commercial Drivers License) Permit tests are given 9 a.m. to noon, Monday through Friday at Goshen, Middletown and Newburgh offices.  

Hazmat/Escort

Hazmat and Escort Certification tests are given 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Monday through Friday at Goshen, Middletown and Newburgh offices.
