The Buildings and Grounds division of the Orange County Department of Public Works is responsible for:

• Planning, design, operations, maintenance, construction, and general administration of the County’s 26 buildings and various properties
• Respond to maintenance and repair Work Orders throughout all County facilities
• Provide oversight and design for various building improvement, renovation, and rehabilitation projects
• Oversee and coordinate contracted service vendors
• Upgrade drainage, parking, and pedestrian facilities at County owned properties
• Manage snow and ice removal at County buildings
