In-house programs are available at the Newburgh Unity Center for potential new citizens.

These services include representatives from Catholic Charities Community Services who can assist with work authorizations, green cards, citizenship, English as a second language, business set-up, etc. Contact Catholic Charities at 845-562-4736.
Also available are representatives from US Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS). Everyone wishing to speak to an Immigration Officer at the Armory must make an appointment on the website.
Appointments are made for fingerprinting, and matters that cannot be handled online. The Armory has the list of dates that the Immigration Officers are present (Armory 845-245-4035). One of the CIS officials is fluent in Spanish.
