Orange County is currently undergoing a study that is investigating current and future threats to energy security, providing ways in which we can strengthen resiliency and enhance our ability to meet future energy demands of West Point, the Village of Highland Falls, and the Town of Highlands. The plan will build upon existing documents, institutional knowledge, and new research. Public stakeholder opportunities will occur to gather information, share progress, and calibrate findings throughout the study.
