Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery

The Orange County Office of Community Development (OCD) received a Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) grant in 2012 to rebuild areas affected by Hurricane Irene and Tropical Storm Lee (2011) and provide crucial funding to start the recovery process in response to the storm events.

The County has completed three infrastructure projects to date, one infrastructure project is still in progress and should be completed by the end of 2020.
