Mission:

The mission of OCTD (Orange County Think Differently) is to fulfill the promise of a community where all people can fully participate, are valued for their unique contributions, and can achieve their dreams.

What organizations make up Orange County Think Differently?

OCTD is a collaboration of nonprofit and governmental agencies, a variety of schools and community-based organizations, and Orange County Departments including the Orange County Executive's Office, Human Rights, Departments of Mental Health and Social Services, Office for the Aging, Parks, Tourism, Human Rights, and Youth Bureau.

What does Orange County Think Differently do?

Representatives from the member organizations of OCTD work together to identify ways to make Orange County's schools and businesses more accessible for individuals of all abilities when engaging in services, programs, and events. Members also encourage all Orange County residents to embrace inclusivity and acceptance.

Members work collaboratively to recognize and celebrate what is working well and identify areas that could use improvement to better serve Orange County's youth and adults.
