Orange Works offers area businesses help in finding new employees, provides training for existing employees, and is a source of information on employment and labor issues. Services Include:

- Access to Information on Workplace Safety, Labor Laws, Labor Markets, Area/Industry Wages and Benefits
Orange Works provides the following professional services:

- Pre-Employment Testing and Training
- On-The-Job Training (OJT)
- Employment Broker Services
Employment Brokers
Employment Brokers are available to provide services and links to valuable employment and training programs. The On-The-Job Training Program, where employers receive 50% salary reimbursements in exchange for training, can be coupled with state tax credit programs resulting in substantial dollars saved.
Other funding services and collaborative grant initiatives may be provided to businesses committed to upgrading the skills of their incumbent workers and to those who wish to build their workforce.
The following retraining opportunities are offered through the Orange County Workforce Development Board, for qualified individuals.
- On-The-Job Training
- Tuition Assistance for Vocational Training via Workforce Development Board (WDB) Certified Vendors
- Customized Training
- Pre-Vocational Training
