The second hazmat event for residents in 2023 will take place on Saturday, June 3, from 9 AM until 1 PM at 10 Route 209 in Port Jervis.  Registration is not required for the Saturday event for residents, but ONLY HOUSEHOLD QUANTITIES will be accepted.  Large tanks or containers will not be accepted.  Please note the new end time of 1 PM.

In addition, WET latex, acrylic and water based paints will now be accepted along with oil based paints at Orange County hazardous materials collection events through a partnership with PaintCare, a new paint stewardship program established by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.  Dry latex, acrylic, and water based paints can be disposed of into your trash container.  For more information visit https://www.paintcare.org/states/new-york/
