Registration for Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generator Events (CESQG)

The first event for Schools, Farms, Municipalities and Businesses in 2023 will take place on Friday, June 2nd, at Orange County Transfer Station #3 located at 86 Tow Path Road in Port Jervis.  

CESQG events for Schools, Farms, Municipalities & Businesses require pre-registration.  Please download and complete the registration form 2023 OCTS #3 CESQG Event Registration Form

When filling out the registration form, please be specific about the volume and quantity of items (see page one of the registration form), as well as their aggregate weight (see page two of the registration form). Up to 220 pounds can be brought to a CESQG Hazardous Waste Event. 

Acceptable materials include:

  • Adhesives
  • Aerosol Cans
  • Automotive Products/Gas/Oil and mixtures of gas/oil
  • Corrosives/Cleaners
  • Dental amalgam
  • Fluorescent light tubes (in feet)
  • Joint Compound (not water based)
  • Mercury
  • NEW: Latex, Acrylic, Water Based and Oil Based Paint 
  • Pesticides/Herbicides
  • Photographic chemicals
  • Pool chemicals
  • Solvents/Thinners
  • Varnishes/Shellacs/Stains
  • Paint thinner/Solvents
  • Photographic Chemicals
