Registration for Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generator Events (CESQG)

The third event for Schools, Farms, Municipalities & Businesses in 2021 will take place on Friday, October 1st, at Orange County Transfer Station #1 Maintenance Garage located at 21 Training Center Lane in New Hampton.

CESQG events for Schools, Farms, Municipalities & Businesses require pre-registration.  Please download and complete the registration form 2021 OCTS #1 Maintenance Garage Registration Form

When filling out the registration form, please be specific about the volume and quantity of items (see page one of the registration form), as well as their aggregate weight (see page two of the registration form) . Up to 220 pounds can be brought to a CESQG Hazardous Waste Event. 

Acceptable materials include:

  • Adhesives
  • Aerosol Cans
  • Automotive Products/Gas/Oil and mixtures of gas/oil
  • Corrosives/Cleaners
  • Dental amalgam
  • Fluorescent light tubes (in feet)
  • Joint Compound (not water based)
  • Mercury
  • Oil based paint (NO LATEX PAINT)
  • Pesticides/Herbicides
  • Photographic chemicals
  • Pool chemicals
  • Solvents/Thinners
  • Varnishes/Shellacs/Stains
  • Paint thinner/Solvents
  • Photographic Chemicals
