Valley View Center

Welcome from the County Executive

“As Orange County residents, we are fortunate to have one of the largest, most sophisticated, and comprehensive health care facilities in the region - right in our own backyard. As you learn more about The Valley View Center for Nursing Care and Rehabilitation, I encourage you to take advantage of the many programs and services designed to safeguard the health and improve the lives, not only of our older adults, but of the entire Orange County community.”

-Steven M. Neuhaus, Orange County Executive and Laurence LaDue, Commissioner

Valley View thanks Troop 125 Eagle Scout Patrol Leader Brian Small for his contribution to our residents. He designed and constructed 6 wheelchair accessible planters which will be such a delight for our residents to use!

Brian Small is a senior at Washingtonville High School. He has been involved in the boy Scouts since 1st grade. Troop 125 is sponsored by Coldenham Firehouse and Brian chose to create these planters as his Eagle Scout project. They will allow our residents to have access to the therapeutic aspects of gardening regardless of their mobility.
