Valley View is a 360 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Goshen, NY. We provide 24 hour nursing care for those in need due to chronic illness, injury or advancing age. We offer both semi-private and private rooms throughout the facility. There are 300 beds available for Long-term Care, 120 of which are within a secure floor for the Dementia/Alzheimer’s population.  

Medical Services Provided:

• 24 hour/day nursing care
• Physicians on site 6 days/week
• All prescribed medications dispensed by nursing staff
• Individualized medical care plan
• Wound care management
• On-site Podiatry, Dental, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Optometry and Psychiatry
• On-site diagnostic testing including laboratory services, x-ray, EKG

Rehabilitation Services Provided:

• Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy
• Training in use of durable medical equipment (provided by facility)
• Assistance with bathing, feeding, toileting and ambulation
• Progress & Evaluation reports
• A therapeutic discharge evaluation (if applicable)
