ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support Secretaries

The Administrative Support Team of the Sheriff’s Office consists of a staff of three Confidential Secretaries to the Sheriff and his command staff. This team provides diverse tasks confidential and sensitive in nature in addition to the following responsibilities:

  • Assisting Fiscal Office with Planning Annual Budget
  • Human Resource/Payroll Duties
  • Notary Duties
  • Office Management
  • Overseeing and Scheduling of Safe Child Events
  • Overseeing the schedule/calendar of Command Staff
  • Processing of Pistol Permits to County Clerk after Undersheriff’s final recommendation
  • Research and Reports
  • Workers’ Compensation and Benefits Determination
