Orange County District Attorney David M. Hoovler, on Friday, November 20, 2020, will hold a press conference to announce “Project Sticker Shock,” an initiative to raise awareness about alcohol sales and consumption, and about related consequences. Also present at the press conference will be representatives of the Prevention Alliance of Orange County and Orange County STOP-DWI.
