[ARCHIVED] Funding Announcement: PeopleForBikes Community Grant Program

Funding Announcement:

The PeopleForBikes Community Grant Program is accepting applications for projects that support bicycle infrastructure and targeted advocacy initiatives that make it easier and safer for people of all ages and abilities to ride. The PeopleForBikes Community Grant Program will fund engineering and design work, construction costs including materials, labor and equipment rental and reasonable volunteer support costs. For advocacy projects, this program will fund staffing that is directly related to accomplishing the goals of the initiative.

Applicants may apply for up to $10,000. Requested grant funds need to be less than 50% of project budget. Eligible applicants include non-profit organizations, city or county agencies or departments and state or federal agencies working locally. All projects must be located in the United States.
