Notice of OCTC 45-Day Public Comment Period 

Public Participation Plan

August 21, 2021 through October 4, 2021

On October 12, 2021 the Orange County Transportation Council will consider taking action regarding the adoption of the draft Public Participation Plan (PPP). The document will be available for public review from August 21, 2021 through October 4, 2021. As required under Metropolitan Transportation Planning and Programming regulations, a 45-day public comment period is an opportunity for the public to review the Plan and submit comments before action is taken.  The Public Participation Plan is a federally required product that outlines the procedures for interested parties to participate in the transportation planning process.
