Notice of OCTC 45-Day Public Comment Period
Operating Procedures Update
August 24, 2021 through October 7, 2021
On October 12, 2021 the Orange County Transportation Council will consider taking action regarding an update to the Operating Procedures. The document will be available for public review from August 24, 2021 through October 7, 2021. The Operating Procedures describe the OCTC’s organizational structure and processes, with the last revision taking place in 2019. Revisions include minor clarifications, additional language outlining subcommittees, and updated language in relation to the newly drafted Public Participation Plan. The Public Participation Plan has also been issued for 45 days of public comment through October 4th.
