Notice of OCTC 14 Day Public Comment Period
FFY 2020-2024 TIP Amendment 20-11

The Orange County Transportation Council (OCTC) Policy Committee is initiating a 14 day public comment period regarding the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2020-2024 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Amendment 20-11, which proposes the addition of New York State Dept. of Transportation PIN 8002.24 for Paving Improvements in the Towns of Goshen and Warwick and the Villages of Warwick and Florida, a reduction of expired funding for Village of Highland Mills PIN 8760.16 for Mearns Avenue Reconstruction of Curbing and Sidewalks, and for the increase of construction funds for NYSDOT PIN 8813.55 to Replace the Parapet Wall along the Northbound Lane of Route 9W and Repave the Roadway. The TIP is the 5- year capital program which lists all of the federally funded transportation projects in Orange County.
