The Orange County Transportation Council will be holding back-to-back Planning Committee and Policy Board meetings on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 beginning at 1:00 PM. The Policy Board meeting will begin immediately following the adjournment of the Planning Committee meeting.
The meetings will be held in the Rowley Center at the SUNY Orange Middletown Campus located at 115 South Street, Middletown, NY and via Zoom. Please see attached for a map of the SUNY Orange Middletown Campus. Visitor Parking is available at any of the parking lots labeled with a green triangle. OCTC non-voting members and the public are invited to attend in-person or virtually. Please use the information below to access the video conference information.

The Planning Committee Meeting will introduce the Air Quality/Transportation Conformity Determination, OCTC FFY 2023-2027 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Amendment 2023-05 and Administrative Modification 2023-E, as well as discuss the update process for the FHWA Urban Area boundary adjustments and continue the discussion on the Bus Request from the Village of Kiryas Joel.
