The Orange County Transportation Council (OCTC) will hold a Public Workshop for the 2050 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) on Thursday, August 24, 2023 from 11AM to 3PM at the Seligmann Center located at 25 White Oak Drive, Sugar Loaf, NY 10981.
The Public Workshop will be open to the public, and attendees will have a chance to learn and ask questions about the scope of the Long Range Transportation Plan, planning efforts and findings to date, and proposed projects and strategies. The event will include interactive activities and participants can drop into the event at any time. Live interpretation will be available upon request. Food and refreshments will also be available.
People of all ages and abilities are welcome. The OCTC complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and federal Limited English Proficiency guidelines. If you are located with the Towns of Goshen or Chester, the Seligmann Center is accessible via the Goshen-Chester Dial-a-Bus. Reservations must be made by noon on Wednesday, August 23rd and are on a first come, first serve basis. The one-way fare for a ride on the Dial-A-Bus is $4.00 for the public. If you are a senior citizen (at least age 60) or persons with disabilities, the fare is $2.00.
