Goshen, N.Y. - Orange County Executive Steven M. Neuhaus joined County Executives from Rockland, Ed Day, Westchester, George Latimer and Bergen, James Tedesco III, to participate in the County Executive Forum on Thursday morning at Dominican College in Orangeburg, N.Y.
The annual event is sponsored by Dominican’s Palisades Institute.
“I enjoyed spending the morning with my peers in County government and the guests at Dominican College,” Neuhaus said. “The forum provided engaging conversation and we all fielded great questions from the audience. It was fun to interact with the guests in an intimate setting hope to be back again for the forum next year.”
The County Executives faced questions regarding the economy, public projects, social services, taxes and other topics for approximately two hours. They also talked about the challenges they have faced and the successes they have achieved during their terms. Attendees had the opportunity to ask the County Executives questions.
The Palisades Institute was created in 1990 as part of Dominican College to serve business, government and not-for-profit organizations in Rockland and nearby counties. The Institute encourages professionals to integrate the concepts of Leadership, Quality and Ethics to achieve long-term success.
