Homelessness in Orange County - A Local Conversation

The Orange County Human Rights Commission and the Orange County Department of Social Services recently came together and hosted a panel discussion on homelessness in Orange County. Together with HONOR and The Newburgh Ministries, they discussed what services are being provided, how COVID-19 has impacted their response, and some of the major challenges faced by the homeless population.
