Go at your own pace

Here's how our Virtual 5k will work, step by step:

1. Register to walk by going to https://www.givegab.com/campaigns/vu4cwalk2020
2. Get friends, family, loved ones to sponsor you to walk.
3. From September 11-13th complete a 5k on your own, at your own pace!
4. Take pictures during your walk & post them with hashtags
   #vu4c5k & #walkforchildrensmentalhealth.

This way we can share some of your photos & spread awareness for children's mental health!
