Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) Orange has partnered with CCE Delaware to offer a monthly webinar series on Growing Resilience starting this Thursday, January 14, 3:30 – 4:30 pm. This series also offers CTLE credits for teachers, a certificate of attendance and an evaluation for each webinar as well as for the recordings.
The series will launch with a focus on "Growing Resilience Begins with Self Care" on Thursday, January 14th from 3:30 to 4:30 P.M. During this Zoom training, participants will learn about the impact of stress and vicarious trauma, review and practice strategies to promote self-care, explore the essential individual nature of self-care and build a plan for personal sustainability.
Each month from January to May we will feature a one-hour Zoom training on Growing Resilience on the second Thursday of each month from 3:30 to 4:30 P.M. Workshops will be interactive and collaborative with participants, focusing on essential learning and practical take-aways for immediate implementation.
