The DLA-20 is a nationally promoted Functional Assessment Tool that is quickly  administered to examine 20 areas of Daily Functioning and create a reliable Global Assessment of Functioning (GAF) Score.

Alcohol and Drug Assessment Tool  

The tool is a modified version of the original tool and appropriate for those working with clients that have a primary Substance Use Disorder diagnosis or have both a Mental Illness and Substance Use Disorder diagnosis.

Youth Assessment Tool 

The tool is a modified version of the original tool and appropriate for those working with Children and Youth.

As part of our ongoing commitment to improve the communication and
planning process for children and families in need of behavioral health
services who are involved in the child welfare system, the DLA-20 is being
implemented and expanded as a tool to assist clinicians, child welfare
staff, Family Court and court stakeholders.
